Document Checklist for Company Formation:
- No physical presence required for incorporation
- Clear colour passport copy for shareholders and manager (Clear scan copies, 4 corners of the passport showing clearly. No clicked pics through phone)
- Passport photo for shareholder and manager (coloured with white background )
- UAE entry stamp/residents visa copy for shareholder and manager (if available)
- UAE Emirates ID copy of for shareholders and managers if UAE Visa is stamped.
- Application form signed by shareholder and manager.
Time Frame & Process
Note: This is an indicative timeline, and approvals are subject to government approvals.
- 1st process- Application attached and can be e-signed digitally along with documents to be submitted.
- 2nd process- Invoice will be issued in 6-12hours, after payment 1-2days approx. for processing further. (Payment can be done through cash deposit at ATM/online/bank transfer)
- 3rd process- 1-3 days approx. license release from the authority. (Clients can have license copy online or collect the originals from our office)
- 4th process- 2-3 days approx. for Establishment Card (applicable only for visa packages)
- 5th process- UAE resident visa processing from Immigration 5-10 days approx.

DOCUMENT CHECKLIST (OPENING A CORPORATE BANK ACCOUNT)
- Original documents of the company (COI, MoA, License, etc.)
- Passport copy of shareholders and signatories [in case of corporate shareholding, a document of parent company till the passport copy of the ultimate beneficial owner (UBO)]
- Copy of UAE visa (resident or visit)
- Presence of the signatories in Dubai to sign forms in the banker’s presence
- You may also be asked for:
- Last 6 months’ bank statement of the shareholders
- Customary KYC questions
DOCUMENT CHECKLIST FOR UAE VAT TAX REGISTRATION?
Documents to be submitted while registering your business on the FTA e-services portal include the following:
- A copy of the business trade license.
- Passport copies of the partners or company owners as declared on the license.
- Copy of the company’s Memorandum of Association (MOA).
- Bank account details.
- Contact details of the company.
- Emirates ID copy held by the business partners or owners.
- Nature of performed businesses and activities.
- An income statement from the last 12 months.
- Anticipated income & expenditure for the upcoming 30-days after receiving the Tax Registration Number
